I love them it's a great atmosphere and they do appointments on Saturdays which is nice when you can't take time off work to go. Our appointments are always on Saturdays. They get you in and out as fast a possible always happy with the customer service

Eagle vision staff are spot on. I just had mine and my daughters appointment on the same day same time and all staff associated with our appointment were seamless from one room to the next, pick out glasses, order and happy customer out the door. Thank you staff and DR. for making it easy.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The customer service team got me taken care of and I saw the Dr in just a few minutes. The exam was thorough and conclusive. My 8yr old prescription had changed 😜 the office is a pleasant environment with attractive Sierra deco. Lots of glasses to chose from and a pleasant fitting team. A really good appt

When we got our eye exams the doctor said we both have cataracts. My husband has one in his right eye. I have it in both eyes. She was very pushy trying to refer us to her surgeon right away We both got new glasses. Mine are progressive with the transitions lens. His are single vision for close use It cost us $1107 for exams & glasses. They should be ready in about 2 weeks When we picked up my husband's glasses, he was not happy with them. He let the office know before we left. They made a note for the doctor A few days later, we tried to talk to the doctor about my husband's glasses. She was too busy. The receptionist said that he needs cataract surgery in both eyes & soon. This is different from what they said when he had his eye exam. They were really no help at all. They said to see better, he needs the surgery in both eyes. He says his vision is no different with or without his new glasses. We had better service at the Walmart eye center across the parking lot In Dec, I received an additional bill for $277+. I called & discussed the bill. It has a lot of charges & credits to make it confusing to understand. I was not able to go into their office to dicuss the bill. thought I had paid the entire bill when we picked up our glasses. We will not be going back

Pretty good experience especially for my daughter’s first time with an optometrist. Most of the staff is welcoming and friendly. Front desk could use some training on professionalism. A sassy comment was made about my children having different medical insurance than myself and “would be easier if they all had the same”. Yes. It would be. But I prefer to hold the non-custodial parent accountable for their responsibilities. Keep those comments to yourselves ladies.
