Nicole is absolutely amazing! We’ll both of them❤️ give my girl a raise. She goes above and beyond. She will know your type of glasses more than you do! Absolutely the sweetest and kindest person on the planet. The doctor explained more than any eye doctor ever has and really helped break down everything. The whole staff here really makes you feel at home and like you’re apart of a family! ❤️
I have been coming now to Eagle Vision for the last few years since moving here and appreciate their friendly service. It's easy it is to make an appointment. Dr. Peterson is very friendly and does a great job. Couldn't be happier
Experienced, helpful staff. I called ahead and was given times that would probably be less busy and there was a very short wait time. Nicole was very personable and made me feel completely comfortable. She was thoughtful and genuine as she carefully took the time to explain answers to all my questions. Eagle Vision provides quality care in a clean, professional, and welcoming environment. The staff is friendly, personable, and always makes appointments timely and convenient. The eye doctor was nice. My issue is that they were crazy expensive and I did not realize that they à la carte everything with your lenses. I spent a lot out of pocket after my insurance. My glasses do not fit right. I’ve had to go back in several times because they hurt my ears and/or slide off of my face. I’ve never had this issue with glasses before. To their credit, they did try to help me with adjusting. But they still are not right. Of course, they are non refundable so I am stuck with these until I can afford a new pair somewhere else. I could get over the crazy pricing if I was happy with my glasses. But these are the worst fitting ones I’ve ever received in my 30 years of wearing glasses.
