I needed some glasses for working on a computer. I went to the vision center, and wow! I was welcomed in by the team members for my eye exam, and was taken right back to see Dr. Gardner. He was awesome. Very personable, he asked questions to understand my needs and did a very comprehensive exam. When I was done I was assisted by a great team of opticians. I picked out some great frames at a very reasonable price. They got me all set up and my glasses ordered. 1 week later I was notified my glasses were ready. I picked them up, the team made sure I was happy and satisfied with my new glasses. Overall it was a great experience. They are so helpful friendly and kind. I will be going there for all my optical needs in the future!

Feeling frustrated. Wanted to replace my lenses in my current frames. Took about 45 min maybe a little more because the machine was having issues. Found out at the end it’s an extra fee to do that so it wasn’t as cheap as I thought it would be but it’s already been a long time so went with it. Then the lenses got lost somehow it transitions so it was delayed a week. Went in to get it today and the glasses are unusable, super wonky and weird can’t see at all and now I don’t have a reliable way to see. Regretting replacing my old prescription. Will be calling to see how to fix it but probably won’t be ordering from here again. As for this Walmart specifically all the employees were very nice and helpful so nothing bad on them. Seems like the system just isn’t great.
These people are amazing. I was on vacation and needed help and they got me all fixed up so I can not drive home blind
