Won't be going back here. It took almost 2 months for my wife to get sunglasses because they messed up her prescription so many times. The floor manager (Angie? Ashley?) input one of the prescription numbers wrong (e.g. 73 instead of 173) and wouldn't own up to it as her mistake. She was extremely rude each time we encountered her, which ended up being several times due to her incompetence. One of the times my wife went in for pickup, she even doubled down, claiming the prescription was correct, even though my wife couldn't see through it. Once they arrived with no mirror coating, once they arrived but they weren't sunglasses, just regular lenses with mirror coating. Somehow, she tried to blame my wife for it, claiming that when my wife originally ordered, she was "deciding between two frames." That's not true, but even if it were, how on earth would that matter? How is it my wife's fault that you can't do your job and fill out the order correctly? Finally someone besides Angie helped her and noticed that the prescription was indeed input incorrectly from the beginning, and Angie's negligence had wasted weeks at that point. Got the sunglasses with the correct prescription after another week of waiting. Everyone else we worked with in that department has been great, but it's usually Angie, and she's made the experience horrible.

Very unprofessional. This costco is different from what you are used to. They will Drive and FORCE UPGRADED MEMBERSHIPS. They wont listen and treat you like a no buddy if “you dont upgrade” DIRTY SALES WERE TAUGHT AND THATS WHEN I had enough! Im a professional in the sales space and lets say this company operates 50 years in the past( including their software) embarrassing. Be warned when coking to shop

Noah was super helpful. My son broke his glasses at school and he was so helpful in trying to locate him the same frames. And ultimately just helping get him set up with some new frames. My son says that Noah is the GOAT!

Dr. Stephen Ridder was absolutely AMAZING to see!! I had to come back because my contacts kept falling out (was seen by a different doctor) and Dr. Ridder had amazing bedside manner! I’m a single mom of one and had no choice but to bring my 5-year-old son with me and he was so understanding. I really appreciated that. Dr. Ridder really took time to understand what was going on and find the best solution that worked for ME. I didn’t feel like I was in a time schedule either. He took the time he needed with me until he was done. I highly recommend him!
