everyone was so kind. i showed up to my appointment relatively early & was still seen right away without being expected to! that was nice!! they are very helpful in choosing the right frames based on insurance plan coverage/budget & style. the optician helping me was so lovely! she was helping me narrow down the perfect pair for my personal style. the entire staff was great!

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish! The ladies at the front desk were friendly when setting up my exam. When I arrived there was a small copay that was expected. Dr. Russ was very personable and did an excellent job with the examination. He explained things very thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I was also helped by Ele. She helped me order a pair of glasses that I fell in love with. I’m excited about the lens options and to get my new glasses and contacts soon! I have already recommended them to family and friends! Thank you so much!

First time going and I truly enjoyed my experience. I’ve had to see the eye doctor my entire life and have NEVER had a doc introduce themselves to me using their first name. It was such a breath of fresh air and really helped me relax. They got me in right away and helped me pick out a frame that I’m in love with. Literally the entire office staff gave their opinion when I wasn’t sure what frame to choose. The frames are a little on the pricey side, but I still would rather spend more money for a pleasant experience like this.

Fantastic experience. I hadn’t had my eyes checked in 20+ years. They were kind and helpful throughout the process. They listened to me and made sure to check on each question or concern I had. I felt like they did a thorough job, not just rushing to get me in and out. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Appointment was on time. Staff was nice. Did not find frames that I liked, was able yo get my prescription to search elsewhere. They have a fair selection of frames. Good variety.
