It’s been a month since I’ve ordered my two pair of glasses. They have been returned twice as of July 27th to the store to be corrected. I have had four individuals take measurements for one pair of progressive glasses and one pair of bifocals. I am very frustrated at this point. I certainly hope in a week and a half they are corrected and I can actually be able to wear my two new pair of glasses. I would not recommend them at this point. The actual eye doctor was good but the other experiences were not! Therefore, I would not recommend them.

This place is horrible, discriminating against patients on a known basis. For my prescription glasses, I was told to pay cash only. The receptionist told me that this was on my profile. I went to the bank, withdrew cash, and returned to pay, but they didn’t have change. They also refused to issue a receipt, so I had to walk away. I don’t appreciate the discrimination, and I don’t pay cash, missy! I will report them to the IRS and the Long Beach Board of Commerce. To your response missy, have to tell u that it is certainty better easier for you to sell by cash only. Don’t have to pay taxes and deal with issues where customers have no leverage. And I didn’t enjoy your glasses. They only lasted 1 year and I had to have u fix them in a middle if u forgot. U tend to forget yo shortcomings! I came back to give u another chance but u didnt appreciate that. Not only u had me black listed me for no good reason but disrespected as well by yo nasty personal and cowardly hiding from dealing with me. Yo cash no tax no cash or receipt business will certainly be reported and I’ll do everything I can to getuchu out if business where u belong. Not only all u do is all day along write useless replies to angry customers comments but also break the law. Let authorities put ya under the microscope.

Update: Now the optometrist has posted details of my entire visit in what vould possibly be a violation of my medical privacy because I wrote the bad review below. Will consult with a professional to see if this is even legal. Definitely not a place you want to go if you value your privacy. Before coming here I never had a bad experience. I was told my glasses would take a month but ended up taking two months which forced me to purchase contact lenses to get me by. No one called to let me know they were having problems, and it wasnt until I called to check in that I was told the frames had broken the first attempt. They gave me a free pair of contacts samples to get me by and I was grateful. When my glasses finally did come in they were completely off. I gave it 3 to 4 days of headaches, bumping into things, and eye strain before I admitted to myself something was wrong. When I went to see the Dr, he told me it was mental and my brain just needed MORE time to to adjust. Thing is, this has never happened before and I wasnt experiencing any issue with my contacts. After much debate and what I felt like was gaslighting me into thinking it was all mental, we decided to get the old prescription from my eye appointment 3 years ago since I didn't have any issues with those. The Dr said "he tried to shoot for the stars" with getting me an accurate prescription. I've never had issues in the past with an optometrist getting the right prescription so its very stressful as my insurance only covers one eye exam every 2 years. So basically im forced to pay for another test and pair of glasses elsewhere put of pocket, or I just have to keep the glasses that arent 20/20 vision. He said we can only reorder the glasses once so im now stuck with an old prescription for 2 years or gambling on what he thinks is my new prescription. I am financially struggling so I cant afford to purchase more contacts until I get the new glasses which could take over a month again. This whole experience has resulted in spending money I don't have and being left with glasses and contacts that dont even let me see 20/20. Its quite frustrating.

This my first time on eye care, my Dougther 8 years old needs glasses, as a parent I was nervous none of my other kids or even my self needs glasses, when you looking for your kids you want the best Dr. You look that your kid feels comfortable and safe, and obviously, you want a place where the Dr., completes all your doubts about everything. I so surprised with EAP Optometry, they did 100% of satisfaction on my visit overall, since they answer my first phone call to book my appointment, check my insurance info, and then the follow-up, and finally The Dr EAP is amazing 👏, I feel happy, my Dougther loves it, she feels secure, comfortable and most importantly super happy with her new pair of glasses. My insurance cover her first pair of glasses, and we decided buy a second one wich was 75 dls more, wich is a good price for me, in total I just spend 75 dls just for the second pair that I decided to buy. Was everything awesome, thanks to Dr. EAP AND THE STAF.

I absolutely love Dr. Eap. He took his time with me and explained everything. I asked questions not concerning my condition and he answered them! But the one thing I'm most grateful for is his concern and compassion. My husband was having concerns about his eyes-the fosters but they weren't going away. Dr. Eaps got him in same day, and at the time we weren't even clients. Dr Eap told us various scenarios and one server one and exactly what you say if we had to go to the ER. Thank you Dr. Eap for fitting him in and explanations and concern. You couldn't get a more professional or knowledgeable doctor.
