The Auto center inside Walmart at the Covington location is a not so funny joke. Upon arrival, I tried to have 4 tires rotated. There was no work going on in any of the bays, no workers that I saw except for the person at the check in podium l outside and I was told it would be a 5 to 6 hour wait. I was told there were appointments they had to fill... fair enough...I asked I could schedule an appointment and was told no, not for a tire rotation (by the way I had paid for this service when I bought the tires) because they don't make those apointments. Apparently, you have just show up and hope that there are not appointments ahead of you. My recommendation is to pay the little extra and go somewhere else!!!! I'm headed to the Slidell store to see if I can get lucky.

This store has a variety of every brand, size and choices in general. The improved checkout experience has now added value for those quick and small trips as well! Helpful staff and clean store! What more could be asked? A+ service!
I love that this Walmart has a wide variety of products and I do love the layout. I wish it was bigger, every associate I’ve came across was nice and helpful. But I can tell some are irritated it’s too packed in there and the customers are rude as hell to them and don’t even be their fault. The self checkout is sometimes faulty but it’s technology and I’m a patient person. Also, please have a speedy check out lane for Walmart + customers. I’m trying to get in and get out. Overall, besides needing more lanes open I think it’s pretty great.
I don't know about the actual store on the inside but the auto center is horrendous. I waited three and a half hours for a tire. If the auto center had been busy that would have been okay but there was no one working every employee kept disappearing going to lunch and not coming back and I think only two cars left the bay in that 3 and 1/2 hours and they were for oil changes. It was the worst service of ever had.
The most absolute horrific place to get anything auto related. Over 3 hours after my appointment time and I have watched the "auto coach" or manager back here be absolutely ridiculous when customers needed help. One old gentleman was told he needed an appointment, that no walk-ins were taken AFTER a walk-in was taken after I checked in for my 11am appointment. Another customer who ordered tires days ago, did not get his tires the day they were supposed to be here. He came back again today, they're still not here. The woman told him she was not giving him his money back, only a gift card and didn't have his product either. Then refused to help find any tires that would go on his vehicle. Told him to go call 1-800-Walmart. Laughed at him and walked away. I cannot make this crap up. The absolute lack of any kind of service is mind blowing.
