Vision Optique

This place is a joke from their extremely high prices to their customer service. My husband bought glasses for almost $1,000 that broke within 4 months. He went back in with his broken glasses & was told they were under warranty but would have to pay $125 for replacement frames. So warranty??? He was told the Metairie location had the replacement. 3 weeks later after several calls to check the status & being told he would be called right back he’s gotten no return call but they swear they have called. Mighty funny he has NOT had 1 single missed call or voicemail yet they swear his voicemail is full but that’s a lie as well. The worst part is the are extremely RUDE & the call center just dumps the call without even listening & transfers to the wrong location. I would not recommend this Mickey Mouse operation. I went in myself for a dilated eye exam due for health reasons. The doctor put the drops in my eyes & immediately did the exam. I previously worked in this field for years & know the importance of waiting for the eyes to be fully dilated. He had checked my eyes & sent me on my way before my eyes ever got blurry. So really how good was my dilated exam that I paid for & trusted this place with the health of my eyes. Both myself & my husband had horrible experiences at this place!

I love Vision Optique. They are very friendly and they get the job done. They explained everything to me which was helpful and my glasses came in very quickly! Thank you guys! Y’all are awesome! Update: I just went again and picked up my glasses which came in so quickly! Like a few days! Everyone is still very sweet and they get the job done!

I recently went here to get a new eyeglass prescription and set of eyeglasses and both the doctor and the assistant, Amber, were excellent. Amber really stood out for several reasons. 1) She was extremely friendly both on the phone and in person, 2) She helped me pick out my glasses and gave her opinion which I appreciated, and 3) She went out of her way to get my lenses made as quickly as possible. She actually did them herself that evening which was sooooo nice of her especially because I lost my only pair of glasses in California and urgently needed a new pair. I highly recommend Vision Optique at this location for anyone who needs eye stuff!

Was very satisfied with customer service and understanding of a budget. Francis worked with my needs to purchase new glasses. Thanks for common courtesy on an individual. Will return For future purchases!!!!

My family comes to vision optique and we have had nothing but exceptional service! They are all very friendly and very helpful, I get my contacts here and when they know I am waiting on contacts they will give me free ones until mine are in! They are the best! Thank you guys for all your hard work
