I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Olivier! She greeted me with a smile and was so kind and patient. Dr. Olivier explained the entire process from start to finish and made sure I understand the proper way to care for my eyes. She even helped me pick out some cute glasses at the end. I am so glad I found such a good Doc to take care of me and my family ♥️

So Grateful for My Eye Doctor and Her Amazing Team! 💛 I just want to take a minute to thank my eye doctor and the entire staff at the office for being absolutely incredible! I came in with a really bad ulcer on my eye — I had never been there before — and they got me in right away when I needed help the most. They’ve been seeing me every other day, keeping a close eye on my healing, and making sure I’m comfortable through the whole process. Everyone in that office has been so kind, patient, and reassuring. It honestly felt like they were holding my hand through it all. When you’re scared and in pain, finding a team that truly cares means everything. I’m beyond thankful for the compassion, care, and dedication they’ve shown me. Ms Hickman is very personable, professional, caring, and invested in her patient/client. She is patient in my concerns, thorough in her treatment and sincerely interested in solving the issues. Five stars.

Dr Olivier was awesome and kind. But her employee was very rude even my second time there she had an attitude. I feel like its because im on Medicaid she looked down on me.

They take down the bad reviews! Will keep posting! I wouldn’t recommend this office. The DOCTOR cracked both my lens and would not cover the cost for a new set. Offered a small discount instead, what a joke!
