I’ve been going to this office for years now. There was a hiccup with my last prescription order here. After picking up my frames, I noticed something was off. After the weekend I called to let them know something was not right about the prescription. I can’t see anything with these new frames and lenses and my Rx did not change. I just needed a new set. I can still see just fine with my old frames but the new ones are exactly the same except for the blue/pink filter I had added this time. They said my Rx was correct and I insisted something was off. I can’t even drive at night with this new pair and all of my other sets never did this. I even googled if the blue filter would cause such a difference. I finally scheduled an appointment with my doctor to have them check and sure enough someone put the wrong order in and they had to reorder new lenses for me. My doctor who’s the owner made it right. I love coming to this office because appointments are thorough and if I have any questions or concerns they have answers.

The care that you receive here is not comparable to anywhere else! Dr. Amy and Dr. Jeff both have a care for their patients that are out of this world and talk with you as if you were a close friend or family. I started seeing Dr. Amy around 2016 or 2017 when my family moved us to the Northshore. She came highly recommended by others. I had always struggled to go from glasses to contacts and my previous optometrist struggled because of how severe my astigmatism and prescription were. When I saw Dr. Amy and expressed my frustration with this, we immediately began trial and error with contacts and soon found what works for me within 6 months of seeing her and testing different contacts. I was so amazed and appreciative for her and her efforts. In my senior year of high school, I decided to intern with them for a class and quickly found out that all of their staff is just impeccable, not only as health care professionals but also personally. They were all so patient and kind when teaching me how to navigate the clinic and how to help them. Today, I still continue to come back and receive the same impeccable care and not a thing has changed when it comes to caring for their patients!
