I had an excellent experience at Eason Eye Care. The technician who performed my exam was absolutely amazing. She was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything before each part of the exam, which made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the visit. The doctor was wonderful as well—very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. Everyone in the office was welcoming and kind, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend Eason Eye Care to anyone looking for quality eye care and exceptional customer service. Thank you to the entire team for such a positive experience!

Eason Eye Care is the best! Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. All of the ladies out front are really friendly. They have new technology where you dont have to get your eyes dialated. They take pictures of the inside of your eyes so the doctor can see any problem areas. They also have a wide variety of glasses. They have brands like Gucci, Vera Bradley, Michael Kors and so much more. Thank you guy's for a wonderful experience.

I had my first visit to Eason Eye Care today in Thomasville, GA. I called this morning and spoke with Virginia. She was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I was fortunate enough to have called after a reschedule, so I got in same day! When I arrived Cindy welcomed me at the desk. She was also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful as I signed in as a new patient. I then had the opportunity to speak with Virginia and ask some questions before my exam. Again, she was great! I went back with Heather, who completed the exam pre-test. She was fabulous, and very knowledgeable. Dr. Arnold took his time with me, answered questions and worked diligently and patiently to get the best result for my glasses prescription. I sat with Allison to get my glasses ordered. As I was choosing the frames, she saw the type I liked, went through the cabinet until she found a frame she thought I would like. She was right! Above and beyond in my book. She was extremely helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Eason Eye Care! I happily highly recommend their practice!

Dr Arnold was amazing and extended great patient care during my visit yesterday. He spoke candidly with me about my current vision care options and made suggestions to help ward off any potential future vision complications. I am grateful to have an optometrist that cares about his patients and their vision needs. As always, the ladies in the office were very nice, friendly, and accommodating.

Very professional and kind personnel. From the moment you walk in the door you are made to feel welcomed. They work with you to choose the best eyewear and you are never made to feel rushed. The doctor always answers any questions we have and we will never go anywhere else for our eye care.
