I visited the pharmacy at EAFHC on 7th Street. They assist you with a smile as soon as you walk in. I really love that! Great customer service at EAFHC is alive and well! Also, the center is VERY clean and organized. I don't mind driving in from Osceola. 🥰❤✴⭐
My experience was very pleasant at this location. I had an appointment with my doctor and all went well. I was able to register quickly with a very nice lady and then I moved on to the area where I was to be a next. I sat there in the waiting area all of about 15 minutes and then my name was called to go to the back to see my doctor. The assistant to Mrs. Williams was on point with everything as far as getting me ready to see Mrs. Williams. She knows her job very well and she did it with profession and care. Mrs. Williams was very professional with everything as well, that she did even down to the questions that she asked about how I was feeling, my blood pressure and orger meds taken. She asked about refills before I left and made sure that I had some. She even called me a couple of days later to see how my test went that I had to take at a school later that day. She was caring and very encouraging to me and I really appreciate that in her. My appointment with her was great and I really appreciate the service and clinical mannerisms that was shown to me. I felt wonderful about the whole team and greatful about the experience too. Thank you East Arkansas Family Health Center.
Seven years and Dr Hatchett is amazing! Very kind and professional! Jillian in the dental department is wonderful as well. Super ladies! The pharmacy is great too.
I am concerned about this place instead of telling you enough about telling you to eat right and exercise they want a medicine you with everything you can't ever seem to get well there they keep you coming back that got things so screwed up there and so big of a workload the doctors can't even do their jobs right man and where they're stressed there are mistakes God says I'm the true Redeemer I think they all should be able to have to go and work out in the hot sun to remember what they are really doing it for I think they've all got too comfortable the only thing I see good going for that place is the clinic teeth clinic and Dr hatchett Adrian hatchet just my opinion that one star goes to Dr Adrian hatchett she is the only reason I've even rated it
