I’ve been a patient at this office since I was a little girl, and I’m now almost 30 years old. This experience was so disappointing and honestly heartbreaking. I had an appointment scheduled and called hours in advance to cancel due to a family emergency. Weeks later, when I called to reschedule, I was told I would still be charged because it was considered a missed appointment. I explained again that I had a family emergency, and instead of showing any understanding, I was questioned about what happened. I shared that I had to rush a family member to the hospital, and ultimately, I lost that person that same day & I don’t feel that I owe an explanation of what happened that day so I did not mention my family member passing. I was told “it’s not in the notes,” & that itself felt incredibly dismissive and insensitive. No one should be put in a position where they have to relive something that painful just to be heard. I understand policies exist, and I’ve even paid a missed appointment fee in the past without issue. This wasn’t about avoiding responsibility it was about basic compassion and courtesy, especially toward someone who has been a loyal patient for decades. This isn’t really about the fee, it’s about how they handled me as a long time patient during a sensitive situation. This experience changed how I view this office. I hope in the future they choose empathy over strict policy when situations like this arise. Even in the middle of all that was going on I still called to let them know I wouldn’t be able to make it when I could’ve said forget it and not called at all during that time. I will not be back here again.

The lady has a bad attitude. She told me to put my phone down I said okay give me a minute she say no no minute. Mind u I’m not a little kid. I am a grown woman don’t talk to me like that. You ask me. But now I read the reviews she is just a mean girl all together. I won’t be going back and I don’t recommend you going. Oh also she told me I couldn’t order my color contacts with my prescription in it. Why would I just want color contacts if I can’t see without prescription.I can go get that from the hair store .Everyother doctor orders me color contacts with my prescription in it. I don’t know what is her problem but she needs to fix it. I ended up just not ordering anything at all. I will keep searching for the right eye doctor.🤦🏽♀️
I haven't been going to see them for years like some of the people have that made post , but i can say this much about them , when I did go to my eye exam I was treated with courtesy and respect, I read some posts about people getting treated like dead beats because they owed a 20 year old bill all I can say is try to keep up with your bills and it's only right that you want your money before you will make a appointment that's all I have to say .. So I'm about to call and make me appointment I stepped on my glasses and broke them thank you and God Bless...
I had my annual eye appointment with Dr. Lee Faulkner today and it was awesome as always. I met Faulkner Eye Clinic in 2005 after relocating from San Antonio, TX. My husband & I receive the best eye care ever. They take time to explain everything and listen to our concerns. I highly recommend this eye clinic to everyone especially my government coworkers. I've changed my health care doctor but not my eye doctor over the years. They have a friendly staff at the front desk. His wife is even awesome too. An eye care Dream Team with a beautiful office. Thanks again for being the best in Marion, AR and in the USA.🇺🇸 Simply the Best!!! See you next year...
Mrs . Faulkner did my eye exam. At 1st I was seeing Mr. Faulkner. Whenever I would see the wife and would get a contact exam. Even tho I been wearing clear contacts for years. She got upset cause I ask her to let me put my own contacts in. She takes them out the pack. Put them on her finger then pass the contact to me.. if I was a 1st time contact user that would be ok.. I been wearing contacts 7 years before I started going to their eye clinic. Every time I get an exams from her she gets upset wanting to put my contact in. After she takes them out the pack. On her finger. I thought that was odd.. I took my kids to see her. She never told me about my kids eye condition. She gave me a prescription for my kids.. I didn’t learn what was going on with my kids eye condition until I went to another eye doctor.. I will not go back, the husband he ok. I will never do business with them because of the wife attitude.
