Dr. Morton and the staff were wonderful with my family's eye exams, including my 5 year old. They were helpful picking out frames for me and my husband. They are always friendly when I call in to ask questions or schedule appointments.

I bought a pair of glasses with my flexible spending account. When I ordered, I was told I had 30 days to return them if I didn’t like them. When the glasses arrived, they were the wrong pair and low quality frames. I took them back and asked to return them. They informed me they do not have a return policy and I could not return the lenses, only the frames. The opposite of what I was told when I ordered. Then they told me neither the frames or the lenses could be returned. The staff is very nice and courteous but the doctor spoke to me like I was some kind of criminal. She insinuated that I was trying to game the system, like I was trying to steal my own money. She insisted they call our previous place of employment and FSA company, despite the fact that I had contacted them to make sure I could return the glasses, and despite the fact the I paid into my FSA out of my paycheck and no one else contributed to it. In the end, they tried to encourage me to just exchange the frames, but at that point I was not interested in doing business with them. They refunded me for the frames but refused to refund me for the lenses. So now I have a pair of lenses and no frame. The doctor refused to honor their return policy and said it wasn’t really a return policy but a exchange policy despite my multiple interactions with sale staff where I specifically asked about the return policy. In addition, their glasses are grossly overpriced and poor quality frames.
Very pleasant staff. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to smaller than I would like in frame choices....but they had a frame show recently and if that continued, I would give them 5 stars for sure!
Best care I’ve ever received for an eye exam. Dr. Morton took her time with me to make sure my progressive prescription was perfect. Just received my glasses today and they are the best pair ever for me. Anyone currently using Walmart, Vision Works, etc I would strongly recommend a private practice like this one. I wish I learned this years ago. Even if just for your prescription, it will be much better care. I ordered my glasses from GlassesUSA.com to save money on them and they are great. Thank you East Bernstadt Eye Center ❤️
