My experience with this place has been very professional. I was using the patient portal app. For months with no problem To keep up with my appointments. And to communicate with my doctor. And the front desk And I mentioned I really like this patient portal app. I find it really suspicious now my patient portal app isn't working. I got an email saying my patient portal app has been deleted. I don't know anything could have happened maybe a wrong button was clicked or something but I need that app back it was the Athena patient portal app. It has my appointments in their.

I'm truly grateful for the wonderful care I've received at this clinic. Rona and Janet Lam ARNP are truly exceptional. When Humana insurance initially rejected the prior authorization for my medication, Janet Lam stepped in to ensure they couldn't dismiss the importance of my treatment for my autoimmune disease. I also had the pleasure of meeting Lauren, the office manager. These ladies genuinely go above and beyond for their patients. The walk-in service is fantastic and no appointment is needed. Thanks again everyone.

My visit there was a huge shock. I asked for help because a speck had gotten into my eye and I was worried. The receptionist promised me an examination, yet I sat waiting for 45 minutes. When I was finally taken into exam room #1, the doctor clearly had no intention of examining me; without wearing gloves, he picked up a pressure-measuring instrument—which had been lying on the desk amidst dust, papers, and pens—and tried to press it against my irritated eye! That instrument hadn't been sanitized after the previous patient; it was just sitting there on his desk. He wanted to press it right against my eye, potentially infecting my already troubled eye with conjunctivitis or other bacteria! I was appalled. Even veterinary clinics treat their patients better than this place does. I wasted a whole hour and simply left, as the doctor refused to use the slit-lamp microscope; he was too busy chatting with friends and waiting for other patients—the kind who like to gamble with their health by letting doctors poke around their eyes with unsterilized instruments that have been lying on a dusty, cluttered desk, only to end up treating infections later. No examination took place, and I will never risk going there again.

Kimberly Harbison is the most unprofessional Doctor I have come into Contact with at MCR! I have never experienced a bad unprofessional doctor since I’ve been with MCR until today. 1/23/26 She is a bad look for the company and I will never return to East Manatee if I have to run into her. I’m not sure if she is racist or what’s her problem but she was very RUDE! 😡😡 Ruined my entire Day and wasted my time. She needs to Retire immediately. She came in my room with negative energy immediately. All I needed was a physical for pre-employment and she looked at me with disgrace and I don’t appreciate how she handled me and also throwing shade at Dr Sabine saying she doesn’t have cocktails with her, dr Sabine is way more professional and can teach her how to conduct patients! She was being very Sacastic and I need the head of MCR to know about her rude, unpleasant and unprofessional behavior. She is too old to act so crazy with a patient and mentioning another Dr and degrading them at the same time. She is very disrespectful. I wish I never saw her face today. Pissed me off completely!

Came in for strep throat symptoms, the nurse refused to do the test and told me to chew my food better. I didn't even get to see a doctor. Went to another clinic and guess what? It was Strep. They are super unprofessional and not caring at all. They dump the crappy nurses and doctors here.
