Eyeglass World

This has been one of the best experiences that I’ve had getting an eye exam and my glasses. Deborah and Stephanie were so helpful, Deborah had all of my insurance information printed out for me. Deborah even helped me with the form for my drivers license renewal too. Stephanie was so patient with me, I went through a ton of frames until I found the one that I wanted. Stephanie helped me through the entire process, Stephanie and Deborah’s customer service skills are phenomenal! I definitely recommend! Thank you Deborah and Stephanie!!

Morgan was absolutely lovely to work with! She is very positive and helpful and not afraid to ask coworkers if she has a question, which I think is a VERY good attribute in an employee! (I should add that I was a former HR Manager in New York City). We came to Eyeglass World specifically because Dr. Crump is now there. He is the best optometrist in Manatee County!

I brought my 89-year-old father-in-law in to get glasses, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The staff came across as rude and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them simply by walking in. My in-laws aren’t from here, and they even commented on how surprised they were by the lack of friendliness. I was born and raised in Florida, and I don’t remember customer service feeling this unfriendly in the past. A little patience and kindness—especially when helping an elderly customer—would have made a big difference.

I had a wonderful experience at Eyeglass World. Ian and Stephanie were amazing and went above and beyond to help me. They were able to get me not just one, but two great pairs of glasses, and they did it with impressive speed and convenience. I’m truly grateful for their help and professionalism. Highly recommend! 🙃

Came to the establishment looking to get a new pair of glasses. Was not greeted or asked if I needed any assistance. Then completely ignored even after one of the employees was done assisting a customer. When asked a simple question, the lady with a supposed bob looked annoyed, and it seemed like the conversation was a disturbance to her. Upon asking the lady my question, I came to realize that she hadn’t been helping a customer but instead was talking to another worker. Not bothering to bat an eye until I had to reach out to them. It was very unprofessional and an unpleasant experience.
