I ordered my glasses on December 12. It’s now April 4—and I still don’t have a correct pair. Somehow, they’ve managed to get them wrong twice. Each time just resets the clock, like nothing matters except pushing the problem further down the line. What’s worse is the feeling that everything here is tangled together—like crossed wires no one’s bothering to sort out. Communication, follow-ups, accountability—it all feels disconnected. You’re left waiting while the system quietly trips over itself. Even basic things feel off. I asked for a glass of water and got hesitation, like it required a team meeting to decide if that was allowed. That small moment says a lot—it’s not just delays, it’s the overall atmosphere. This isn’t just a delay. It’s a pattern. Four months. Two failed attempts. And a place that feels like it’s running on crossed wires and zero urgency. Unbelievable.

I cannot rate the Eye Center high enough! Dr Paige Laudicina continues to amaze me with her kindness, patience and expertise. Have gone to her for many years now, and she guides me along the way of my ever changing vision journey! The staff from appointments to the precheck work are top notch, and the optical team finishes it off. Highly recommend.

After a not so great experience at a large chain elsewhere in town, my experience here was lovely. Dr. Madison Easterling is great, she was very informative, even looping me in on stuff the big guys neglected to even inform me of. The support staff were great to me as well, but particularly the gal who helped me find my next frame. I have particular tastes, and she helped me find my needle in a haystack. I did go into this intrigued by the avulux tint for migraine, and everyone was great at presenting the option without a single drop of pressure. They have a trial over-the-glasses pair to let you try out the tint before investing, so I got to look like a goofball while finding my frames. I did end up investing in a pair of magnet clip ons with the tint and have never been more pleased with a pair of glasses.

My aunt came here for a cataract consultation and was nervous before the appointment. The doctor spoke very calmly and answered every concern without sounding impatient. We ended up staying longer than planned because of crowding, but the care itself felt genuine.

Staff is top tier. Great people skills, efficient. Everyone I met as I moved through the process made me feel comfortable and cared for. From the time I enter until the time I leave, the experience is super positive. Thank you, Dr Brad Laudicina. The entire team is a class act.
