Kind of pricey but they offer financing which is a plus. Maira and Terrance were very welcoming and made my experience much less stressful. Alexis did my exams and was very thorough and accommodating which was greatly appreciated. I was met with the utmost kindness and helpful service when scheduling my last minute appointment over the phone with Arneshia and Landon was very informative and professional during the breakdown of my exam results and in helping me understand what I should do to better my vision health. Overall, I would give the service a 9.5 due to the expensiveness of it all and the lack of different glasses options to choose between but other than that you’re definitely getting what you pay for.

I had my first appointment at East Memphis Optometry and it could not have been a more pleasant experience! Amy, the clinic coordinator, was so friendly throughout my exam. I felt totally comfortable in her care; she was even kind enough to explain the different tests she was performing! Dr. Landon was great - very thorough and attentive. In the past, I’ve felt that my concerns weren’t as pertinent due to my vision being manageable, but Dr. Landon listened thoughtfully and addressed my concerns with great care and consideration. I left my appointment with a better understanding of my overall eye health, as well as contacts that finally don’t irritate my dry eyes! & finally, Arneshia was a HUGE help when addressing my vision insurance. As a 26 year old, I’ve only had my own health insurance for a year, so I really appreciated her patience and willingness to discuss my options throughly. She took time to explain my coverage, as well as the different price points so I was able to make an informed decision and get a great deal! I would recommend this practice to anyone and look forward to picking up my new glasses in a few weeks!

The team was very nice and helpful with my appointment. I love how personal the staff was with helping me find the right frames and being honest with how they fit instead of just sending me on my own. I also really loved how the doctor explained everything to me and was willing to answer any questions I had.

I had my new patient eye exam today, and it went great. I was immediately welcomed upon entry and given a brief time to view frames before being called to the exam area. The initial exams were quick but thorough. Afterwards Dr. Wallace did an additional comprehensive eye exam and followed with a detailed discussion about of my results. He answered my questions, gave me recommendations, and concluded with next steps. I am awful with remembering names but everyone was extremely kind and super helpful. I will soon be wearing glasses for the first time ever and I’m very excited about my continued care with East Memphis Optometry. *Special shoutout to Arneisha and the new employee that was shadowing her. I had no clue where to begin as far as picking out a set of frames as an indecisive person. They did the hard work for me and picked out several pairs that best suited my face shape. They gave me options for additional lens features, and they helped me confirm that my final decision was a good choice.

Dr. Wallace has been taking care of my eyes and associated Ophthalmology concerns for approximately 10-12 years now and I have never been disappointed. He is an excellent doctor who listens to his patients and exhibits a true concern for their eye health. All staff at EMO are professional, knowledgeable, helpful, caring and attentive. I highly recommend Dr.Wallace and his team to anyone!
