Everyone was amazing. The staff and doctor made sure everything was good with my son eyes. They have the patience and took their time with him because he's autistic. It didn't seem forced like most doctor offices we go too. So if you are looking for a great eye doctor stop here and make your appointment asap

The staff is all extremely kind and friendly!! Very comfortable environment. Listened to our concerns and took them very seriously. Love love love this office and will continue to take our daughter.
Everyone is nice. I’ve been twice and both times I waited more than 1.5hrs before seeing the doctor. I can offer grace for running late but sitting in a waiting room with an infant for ~2 hours is not ideal.
We have been going to Dr.Flinn's office for years. We normally see a NP thats quick and efficient and friendly. I was told in Jan that the NP was no longer there but that the next available appt wouldn't be until April amd that Dr.Flinn was the only one there. I said ok. My son's appointment was at 8:45am...we did not get seen until 10:15am. An hour and a half later. That is not the norm for any of the doctors we see, let alone an optometrist. It took him maybe 5-7minutes to do the eye exam. He had 3 assistants in the room documenting (which was not necessary unless there was training involved). Not a single apology for the wait or anything was made by him or his staff until I mentioned we were pressed for time to go next door to have my son pick frames out. Will not be going back. Its a shame too. We loved that place. I can see now why his other staff left.
My daughter has been with Dr. Carl E. Flinn MD for at least three years. During her yearly appointment, the office performed a test without explaining what it was. I did not want anything new done to my daughter without a heads up. When doing things to a minor I feel like the parents should be informed. Not only did they do a new procedure I received a bill for it because it wasn't covered by my insurance. When I tried to dispute they threw the agreement papers we signed and the fine print. No one discussed the cost or necessity beforehand, and I was forced to pay out-of-pocket for a test I didn't agree to. Poor communication and lack of transparency. What makes this situation worse is the woman dealing with billing was very rude. So after her comment I knew this would be the last time my daughter or family will go to this place.
