I met my dietian for the first time. Dietian jasmine let me know i was on the right path in my diet. I have to minimize portion size and watch out for sugar and starch intake. She is very helpful in her field. I will see her again.

My experience with the front desk staff and hygienist was amazing! The receptionists were warm and friendly, special shoutout to Daisha Lee! Dental hygienist Uddin Rufshana provided the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist’s office. For the first time, I left feeling truly satisfied and fulfilled. ***Update regarding Dr. Colin Williams (DDS)*** I had a deeply distressing experience with this provider. I scheduled an appointment for my annual routine dental checkup. During the visit, he recommended refilling a chipped tooth that had been previously filled by another provider several years ago. I had no prior issues with the tooth. The original dentist had advised the cosmetic filling because, according to her, people from my country often eat hard foods like sugarcane that can cause chipping. When I met Mr. Colin, I assumed he would be performing a similar cosmetic filling. At the start of the visit, he joked that this would be my “last filling.” Confused, I responded that it would only be my second and my first one with him. Without explaining the procedure, he asked me to open my mouth. I assumed he was going to examine the tooth first, but what I thought was an examination light turned out to be a laser drill. Without warning, he began drilling into my tooth. The sudden sharp pain that descended on my body was unimaginable. He continued until it became clear I could not tolerate the pain. He then said, “I got you,” picked up anesthetic syringes, and injected them into my gum; again without explanation. It was the first time in my life that I felt robbed of my medical autonomy. Not even as a child had I experienced something like this at the hands of a healthcare provider. I was shocked, confused, and felt as though I was having an out-of-body experience. During the procedure, the door to the room was left open, and I could hear people walking in the corridor. At one point, he forced a mold to bind the filling and moved my tooth out of alignment. Afterward, I began questioning his initial comment about this being my “last filling,” wondering if it implied that my next visit might require extraction, while deliberately creating a cavity. Since the procedure, I have experienced ongoing pain and tooth sensitivity for several months and cannot chew comfortably on that side of my mouth. A healthcare environment should be a place of safety and healing. My experience left me feeling harmed, unheard, and deeply unsettled.
I called to ask if they offered emergency dental services. They said yes you have to walk in from 8:30-10. I took off of work and came in. I waited for 2 hours for the doctor to see me for 5 minutes and say there was nothing he could do to help because they’re just a general clinic. Great. Why didn’t anyone say that beforehand? Overall, a big waste of time.
Hello, my name is Deborah PRUITT and I am a patient at COMMUNITY healthcare center on Blake Avenue in Brooklyn, New York. I just want to say every time I come to this place is very clean. The staff is courteous. They helped me with everything and the janitor is always around when I’m not supposed to be eaten, but I do not make a mess. This place is very very clean and the courteous staff and the doctors are immaculate. I would like to marry one, but he’s married already.
I’ve been coming this since it open. Never had a problem. Staff is very nice. And the service is good. Also, my whole family comes there all my children and myself they get the job done.
