The Physical Therapy team is simply amazing! Ahmed Elsheheme, Leah, and Spencer are dedicated, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They spend time with patients and address all concerns. Ms. Melony and Ms. Yisbeyli at the front desk are amazing at what they do; they are capable and willing to help anyone.
Excellent medical center! The staff are very professional, friendly, and always helpful. The doctors take their time to listen and explain everything clearly. The place is clean, organized, and well-maintained. I felt very comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommended!
East Tremont Medical Center is a perfect spot for quick and efficient care. The clinic is on point with getting you in and out, which is always a relief when you’re not feeling your best. However, the convenience of the clinic is out shadowed by the exceptional care provided by Dr. Saintilus A. MD. Dr. Saintilus is genuinely passionate about her job. She is caring, personable, and deeply invested in the well-being of her patients. Having visited her office several times, I can confidently say she is one of the best physicians I have ever encountered. While I noticed some reviews focus on long wait times or perceived unprofessionalism, these comments seem to neglect the truly remarkable aspect of Dr. Saintilus's care. My experiences have been nothing but positive, the front staff was always welcoming and greeted me with smiles, making me feel at beyond welcomed. Thank you, Dr. Saintilus, for bringing your talent to a neighborhood that truly needs it! I highly recommend this medical center for anyone seeking compassionate and professional care.
Just don't go there, Dr William King's hands are shaky and a nurse disregarded my concerns to the point of sounding threatening. She dropped my numb limb right after surgery and caused further damage to my wrist. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
If it wasn't for Kathy being there at the front doing it all. Appointments, canceling, blood work other lab work, triage . The list goes on. The clinic will fall without her. They continue to bring residents and this last one was talking at the front in front of staff and patients, about my results. And I confronted him in person after I asked to be triage and the jerk didn't even examine me. He said let's just reschedule as if I don't know my rights. It is against HIPPA that patient results are shared and spoken freely in front of other's. Patient has a right to request medical examination when they are not feeling well. Patient has a right to speak up respectfully and you as a doctor should listen. Since he did all these wrong I made a report at the clinic and I truly hope something gets done. We are human and deserve respect and medical attention and respect and privacy for our health. Very disappointed at this resident Mathew Burns.
