I had a wonderful experience during my visit. The staff made me feel very welcome and well cared for from the moment I arrived. They showed genuine interest in my well-being and took the time to explain everything clearly. I especially appreciated the advice to wear my glasses, particularly at night. I highly recommend this office.
The doctors, nurses, and staff are very knowledgeable and attentive. The office is immaculate, caring, and professional. They were able to fit me in on short notice due to the nature of my problem. This is a fantastic business all the way around, and I highly recommend it!!
The staff and Doctors at East West Eye Institute in Gardena and Torrance are absolutely awesome. They are always kind, respectful, and happy!! I have been a patient of Dr. Downning for a few years . I trust him for the professional support of my eye sight. I have always been treated with respect from he and his entire staff. I would recommend him to anyone in need of eye care.
I had been reconfirmed about three times in the weeks leading up to the day before my appointment, but even though I was the first patient of the day, I was made to wait 15 minutes. I was the first to arrive, but people who arrived later were given priority. At the end of the examination, the doctor tried to take a picture of my eye with her iPhone, but it didn't work, and the assistant who had been using the computer came out and lifted my eyelid with her bare fingers. If you're going to touch a patient's eyes, you should at least disinfect them.
