This is my favorite physician's office! The staff is attentive, professional and very engaging. Dr. Clune listens, provides an explanation and then a resolution to any issues that I have, especially with my eyes. We only have one set of eyes, and I am thankful that Eastside Eye Physicians take great care of them!
When I came into the office the receptionist took care of my appointment immediately. Went to sit down and before I could get comfortable they were already taking me back to the room for an eye exam very professional both the staff and Dr clune. I do recommend to my friends that need to see an ophthalmologist that Eastside eye physicians is a very very good place to have your eyes examined and I always recommend Dr clune. 100% satisfied. Dr. Clune is a superb doctor who has always given me the best care and treatment. He is clear about his diagnosis and gives ample information and guidance on every visit. He answers any questions and concerns with clarity and never rushes through his procedures. I trust and respect him these past years with my eye care.
I love Eastside Eye Physicians! They are always kind, accommodating and usually always run on time. Dr. Krasnick is great. He takes his time and asks questions about my previous visit-how I’m feeling, how any procedure that I previously had went, (in my case, cataracts surgeries.) There is always one of his aides in the room with us as he dictates notes and his aide records what he said on my chart to read back to me afterwards. I highly recommend him as well as the optical studio.
Everyone in the office was very, very helpful very responsive and very friendly. Molly was wonderful helping me with my new glasses. Dr. Apple was very kind and asked if I had any questions before he left. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
