Optometrist Inside LensCrafters

I had an excellent experience at this LensCrafters location, and I want to specifically recognize MARYBETH, the Store Market Manager. Marybeth was amazing from start to finish. I was not sure what style of glasses would look best on me, and she took the time to help me pick out the perfect pair. She was patient, honest, friendly, and really knew what she was doing. You can tell Marybeth takes pride in her job and cares about the customers. She made the whole process easy and comfortable, and I left feeling confident about my glasses. MARYBETH deserves recognition for the way she treats customers and represents LensCrafters. Great customer service like this is hard to find, and she is a big reason I would recommend this location.

I think everyone was very knowledgeable! The doctor and the girl in the room where they put the air puff in your eye were very kind and listened to my concerns and helped me with different solutions. The lady at the front and the gentleman with the glasses helped me pick out a great pair of frames with being super honest on which frame would work well with my lenses and which looked best with my face shape, skin color, etc etc. 10/10 experience! I will come back again if I have any concerns.

Only reason I’m giving three stars is because of my last visit. If not for the main doctor there I would give them 1 star. Was not happy with my first 2 visits. I was given an exam, fitted for contacts and then told it would cost me 380.00 for special made contacts. I went on to contacts direct and found a different brand but needed doctor approval so I called and was told they can not approve those for me. I explained my position and what I wore prior and said if they can’t work with that brand then I’ll go to Americas best. She got the main doctor on the phone and I explained what was going on and she was able to see me a couple days later and get me into the brand I use to wear and get a whole years supply for 90.00. I don’t know if I will go back but if I do I would see her only.

I came into LensCrafters today for a warranty replacement of my lenses, and Debbie was a huge help. The whole process was smooth, streamlined, and completely stress-free. She made everything easy from start to finish. Thank you, Debbie! It’s so nice to have crystal-clear glasses again.

Jay was extremely helpful at the partridge creek location. We came in at 5:30 & we were out by 6:30. We purchased two pair of glasses. I had no problem picking out what I liked. The wife well let’s say she had a tougher decision. But jay took his time & explained what and why each pair of glasses would work for her that helped make her decision. Thanks for the assistance jay. Will be back in the next year for new glasses.
