Dr. Mok was simply wonderful! I have Macular Degeneration and she helped me in so many ways. I learned so much that I never knew about Macular Degeneration, and I left with the tools and knowledge how to help my eye sight. The staff is super friendly and pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend Dr. Mok if you suffer with Macular Degeneration.

I had cataract surgery that was performed by Dr. Robert G Mobley. Afterward he did not tell me how the surgery went. I found out. I became blind in my right eye. I was blind for 16 days. I went to Dr. Mobley's office the next day as a follow-up and told him I could not see. He already knew that. He did not seem phased by my condition (that he caused) and said laser in his office may restore my sight. I left his office and never returned. I made an appointment with Dr. Basha. Dr. Basha told me he would have to look at my eye in the surgery center to see if laser treatment is the right way to go. After looking, Dr. Basha said it was not. I went through a second surgery on my blind eye. Dr. Basha was able to remove the rest of the cataract that was left in my eye from the first surgery that Dr. Mobley performed. When I woke from surgery performed by Dr. Basha I could see! I share this information because I do not want this experience to happen to anyone else. Do not seek medical attention from Dr. Mobely. It was an emotional roller coaster for me and I do not wish it on you.
I went to the office three times during the posted opening times and the office was closed every time. I then called to get my prescription since I have moved and am now 1.5 hours away from the location. I had asked politely for my prescription and was told that this information cannot be given over the phone. I have paid for a service and being refused the information. I am being told I have to come in person and if I am lucky I will find the office open after a 1.5 hour drive each way. Stay away from these unprofessional people.
My eye care with Dr Mobley was great. He is professional, explains in layman’s terms and has a sense of humor as well. All of the office staff are courteous and helpful.
Very unprofessional and arrogant staff. Opening times are a best guess, information for paid services is withheld for no reason, every transaction or request is a long drawn and most of the time unsuccessful quest. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.
