Called because I had a severe corneal abrasion and the staff was great! They got me in right away and the Doctor was wonderful! He was incredibly kind and very thorough! I really appreciated the attention to detail and the care provided! Would absolutely recommend!

Update: Nothing has changed. The front desk staff still struggles with communication and efficiency. They can never get my insurance information when and where they need it. Im constantly being asked for the same information even after providing it at my last visit. Recently, I apparently had a balance that needed to be paid before I could be seen however, no one informed me of this when verbally confirming my appointment the previous day! Is communication that difficult? Ive been coming here for years and usually I have a good experience. Dr. Franchi is great HOWEVER, throughout the last year or so, the staff has changed. The new staff sucks. They are rude among other things. This alone has changed my feelings about the office. I gave them a chance to sort out the newness but I am ultimately displeased. I hate to have to have the same conversation with members at the front desk time and time again. I also hate to have to find another opthalmologist after being his patient for years but I cant deal with this anymore.

Staff is rude and unknowledgeable I don’t know if she was racist or what but she had a attitude with me just even calling and told me that it was a family optometrist.

I called this office on Monday 8/21/23 Exactly at 9 am as soon as they opened to see if I could see an Eye Dr. to access my concern with my eye problem. It's a clogged tear gland. Only to hear the receptionist tell me that I would need to get an eye exam before seeing a Dr!! Okay that is not a problem with me financially or time wise only to find out this is what the woman on the phone said to me.... You will need to make an appointment for an eye exam (first) since you aren't a patient of ours here and then you can make an appointment with one of our eye Dr,'s but there was no availableility until middle or end of February of 2024 just for an eye exam!!!!!.. SERIOUSLY!! I got the impression that they were not interested at all to bring in any new patients. I'm like awww no my eye ball will probably fall out by the time I get to finally see an eye physician at this facility..6 months to wait to see a real Eye Dr???? I a was shocked..I called Family care associates right down the street on Garfield Rd. And was able to get into that facility in Tuesday the next day.

So far my experience has been great one cataract removed and will be doing other eye. Staff and dr has been great
