First time visiting after switching insurance, the staff was very nice and Dr. Kreger was great! Can’t wait for my glasses to come in!

Ordered my last 2 pair of glasses from here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone who wears glasses or contacts.

Our family has been going to the Fraser location for many years. The doctors are friendly, thorough, and professional. The staff - from glasses ordering to insurance/payment - are just great! They are so patient and helpful. And the office is always decorated beautifully for the seasons. I highly recommend this office!

The Dr's and staff are great! They have a good selection of glasses and are very helpful with options. When you leave, you feel like they truly care!

Our daughter does not have good vision, I called to make an appointment with the specialist, we do not have insurance, we had to pay out of pocket, i accepted the prices; after the visit they told us that the glasses would be ready in 14 days. After 14 days no one called me, knowing that our daughter cannot learn without the glasses, i called Fraser Optical, the youngest receptionist told me that they were not ready yet. I called a second time after 2 more day, the same receptionist told me that with insurance it takes longer, i explained to her that i paid out of pocket. She told me that it is only 14 business days and that she would call me when they arrive, she has not called me or sent me a text; on Friday, March 7, 2025, we went in person to see what happened, she greeted me with a lie saying that she had left me a message 3 days ago. Employee like this, makes service places lose their reputation. Shame on you, she pretends to be polite but she doesn't know how to treat others who pay for her to have a job and a salary, learn that the clients bring you the money with which you will have a paycheck. The doctor is very professional but her receptionist is a disgrace in how she treated me on the phone, there is no need to put her name.
