Brad Zajac was excellent with his eye exam. He made me feel great, he was quick, accurate, had a sense of humor and offered suggestions and advice in a very friendly way about Lasik and that I that I would no longer need my glasses (legally) to drive . He was also great with the young kids that were next in line, even performing crafts with them to keep them busy while they waited when his next appointment didn't show. Glasses selection is limited but the assistant was very helpful in finding other options and pricing what I wanted the in cheapest way with my insurance and 40% off the 2nd pair.

They don't care if you can not get used to your new prescription that was changed. They in no uncertain terms will refund your money. Not even if you are a Senior, living on a fixed income. The Better Business Bureau can not help me obtain a refund. I've also contacted the Michigan Consumer Relations Dept. in Lansing. We'll see if they can help me obtain a refund. What am I supposed to do with glasses that I can not wear !!!!!!!!!!!! I have worn glasses since I was in the 4th grade and have never had this problem. Del DiSabato Today I contacted the Michigan Dept of Consumer Relations and they have had no response from Pearle Vision. So I called today and talked to the Manager and she had the gall to tell me they did not receive a letter from the Michigan Dept of Consumer Relations. Good Luck everyone who goes to their business for glasses !!!!!!!!! Another thing I discovered about this Pearle Vision. They never told me I was developing Cataracts. The reason I blame them is approximately one year before my visit to Pearle Vision, I had gone to Metropolitan Eye Center on Mack Ave in St Clair Shores and they would not change my prescription and told me to have the Cataract Eye Surgery. I was too nervous at that time to have it done. I'm going to have the Surgery.

***BUYERS BEWARE*** Yesterday I went to this location and couldn't believe how I was treated. It's not even worth the one star. When I walked in their were two people working, an older male and female. He asked what brought me, I stated that I was just browsing. Next, he asked do you know what insurance plan that you have, I stated SVP. He replies are you sure and I replied yes, my insurance gave me this location as one of the places that accepted my insurance. He continues on to tell me how they don't accept state insurance and how I needed to be sure....At this point I was completely offended and refused to purchase anything from this company. I don't know what his problem, but I couldn't help the feeling that I was being treated that way because of my ethnicity. However, this is absolutely no excuse for someone to be treated this way. So please do yourself a favor and think twice before coming to this location or better yet find another company that would be more than happy to assist you.
