My son is a patient of Fraser eye clinic and they are the best. They are very helpful and caring. The office is beautiful and comfortable. Dr Jabur is the best . He helped my son get cleared through insurance and have the surgery he needed. Both the Royal Oak office and Fraser office are great. I love them.

The doctors are excellent, knowledgeable, and provide great care. The office is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, my experience with the front office staff was very disappointing. I scheduled an appointment for my mother to see a specialist more than a week in advance and provided her insurance information when booking. When she arrived for her appointment, she was told that the doctor did not accept her insurance. This should have been verified when the appointment was scheduled or at least communicated before her visit. As a result, my mother now has to wait another 34 days to be seen by a provider who accepts her insurance. This caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and delayed her care. While the doctors themselves are excellent, the front office staff need better training in scheduling appointments and confirming insurance eligibility.

Very informative appt. All staff was very professional, knowledgeable and very patient. Crystal, in particular, answered so many of my questions and I never felt rushed or dismissed. I left there confident in my decisions and look forward to upcoming appointments
