EB Vision (Elissa Bostian, OD)

I was at the Springdale Sam's yesterday with my sister. I asked an associate by the name of Betsy for some help in the shoe area. She went through multiple boxes checking sizes and trying to locate a missing shoe from a pair. She went above and beyond in taking time to assist us. On my way out, I stopped and spoke to a manager to share what excellent service we had received from Betsy. It was nice receiving such great service !

THE BEST SAMS CLUB AROUND! I love Sams no doubt but this one on Gene George in Springdale is the best, well stocked. Jason is most helpful and patient. And the cool dude with the white hair offered to give instructions on driving the handicapped cart. Its refreshing and much needed level of customer service deserves the highest praise. You just cant get this level anywhere. As a result I have upped most of my shopping to this store. The hometown feel in an area this big is quality.

Was able to get everything I needed. Waited longer on my food from the café than I did actual shopping and check out. Now im trying to get ahold of someone at customer service desk or a manager of which neither are able to take my call. I've called 10 times, other departments answer but seem to not have any luck getting ahold of any person in management as well.

I just had the most extraordinary experience! I met Betsy in apparel…. She brightened my day and literally helped me put together outfits. Now I can go and brighten other people’s days in style! Thank you Bestsy! 💖

Super friendly staff! They don't mess around here if they can get you in and get you offloaded they do it without hesitation. Love delivering here.
