I have to say my eye exam was the most thorough and well thought out exam I have had in my 50+ years of troublesome vision. My case is complex as I have had lasik surgery multiple times. They gave me an exam and discovered that, in order to do a proper exam, I needed a particular eye drop for one week. I went back a week later and received two thorough eye exams by two technicians, one being the opthomologist. They went above and beyond to ensure I was getting the most accurate prescription and correction for my eyes. Never, in all these years, has anyone gone into such detail and effort for me. The did not only meet my expectation, but they raised the bar, no, set the bar for how excellence is defined. Thank you for helping me. You have my absolute highest recommendation and my respect. You are the Gold Standard.

Not happy with this place! I came here because my vision insurance changed. My yearly eye exam took almost 3 hours. The guy giving me my exam was very off putting and seemed like he was unsure what he was doing. He moved me from room to room to room which felt very odd to me. Finally, after I was done being seen by him. I was taken to another waiting room where I had to wait another 20 minutes (after I already had been there 2 hours) to see the actual doctor. Plus, ordering contacts from there is a pain. Do not recommend.
Took my boyfriend here to get an exam for his eye condition and MADDY was the best. My boyfriend hates like all the eye doctor stuff and she was just the best person we could’ve had. Super nice and friendly, very funny. She was the most patient person ever. Always ask for MADDY!!!
I am very glad I found this place. I had cataract surgery last year and had trouble with the multifocal lens. Too much glare from headlights, chrome on cars, and sunlight. The clinic that put them in talked about seeing oras nothing about bright glaring rings around glaring lights. And they did not listen to me. Found Triad on my own and very glad I did. Wish I had found them first!
I would give them zero star. We had eye surgery schedule 6 weeks out. They told me someone will reach out for surgery on Monday. We waited all day for surgery time slot. By the way surgery on Tuesday. Almost closing time still no call. They expect us to give them 24 hours to cancel appointment. Do you expect us to block all day for you guys.
