I give them 5 stars for their service. The whole staff is great. It was a nice and fun visit to the eye doc. Prices on add this & add that could be a bit less expensive then everything would be perfect! But like I said the staff there ROCKS! THANK YOU ❤️!
We’ve been coming here for years, dating back to before the name change, but unfortunately, the quality and business practices have declined. While the staff remains friendly and helpful, the pricing is now a major issue. Despite being an in-network provider, the store refuses to honor the agreed upon insurance rates confirmed by my carrier. To make matters worse, their new lens vendor is subpar. I’ve had to return my glasses because the lenses arrived foggy; the replacements were no better. Between the overpricing and the poor quality control, I can no longer recommend this location and of course you'd be better off going to another store.
The receptionist all of them need to be fired . They have no sense of appointment scheduling no sense of professionalism and the moment they see that you do not have regular insurance and you have “medical” the way they treat you and their demeanor completely changes from that moment on.
An excellent experience with the front desk staff and Dr J is gorgeous:) My Son Sebastian just had his visit and it went very. He loved it. In and out in less than an hour and kept recommendations within my VSP insurance per my request. Thank You.
My son and I had appointments back to Back, they were very accommodating with his special needs. Great customer service.
