The best eye exam I’ve ever had! A wonderful experience from the very first call to checkout. Dr Nicholas and his staff are Amazing and super friendly! I have never encountered an office so nice. I can’t stop raving about EdgeWater Eye.
What a great experience! This was my first visit with them (and at any optometrist in 15 years!) and it was wonderful! The entire staff is kind, professional, and attentive! They explained everything as we went, and worked quickly. The waiting and exam rooms are comfortable and clean (all COVID precautions are done). Definitely recommend them to anyone!
I have never had a more professional and caring individual when it comes to competency and customer service. Dr. Nicholas took the time to listen to my concerns regarding a recent high blood pressure diagnosis. I have never had a more caring and dedicated individual that is a master at his profession. Would give 6 stars if it allowed.
Eye exam was quick, affordable, and I walked out with a new pair of glasses in less than 30 minutes! Staff was friendly and helpful
