I had one of the best experiences at Edinburg Vision Center! This was my first time switching eye doctors, and it was the best decision I could have made. The entire staff provided amazing customer service, wait time was incredibly short and they attended to me right away. A huge thank you to Dr. Navarro, Dr. Vargas, Alina, and Patrick for making my visit so welcoming. From my eye exam to helping me find glasses that perfectly fit my face (which no one has ever done for me), everyone was patient and genuinely cared about making sure my vision was okay! I couldn’t be happier with my visit and highly recommend Edinburg Vision Center to anyone. 10/10

I brought in my son’s broken glasses today. Right away everyone was very polite to us. Mary helped us out with doing a replacement on the glasses she was very nice and helpful. She even helped us do a temporary fix on my son’s glasses so he can be able to use them until he gets his new glasses.

Dr. Navarro and Dr. Bri are highly skilled physicians with impressive expertise. They demonstrate genuine compassion, clear communication, and attentiveness which establishes trust and confidence in their care. Their approach is distinct and very comforting. My kids and I have been going to EVC for over 10 years for routine eye exams, however, recently my teen needed medical treatment. My teen received the BEST care by these two excellent doctors. Also, every technician assisting the doctors was intentional about making sure that my son felt comfortable and each one had meaningful conversations with him. In my opinion, that is the epitome of high quality healthCARE! Yes, in the past, I have experienced issues with the front staff (they're not always friendly) but they have improved. I have also experienced long wait times, but it is important to remember that medical offices aren't fast food restaurants and each patient requires different exams and treatment. Know that you are receiving EXCEPTIONAL and thorough care with these doctors. I am grateful that I placed my trust in these two wonderful doctors and am extremely satisfied with the service received. Sincerely, Mark Palacios' mom :)

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Navarro is an expertise in this field. I’m especially impressed on ms. Mary Rios for her unwavering commitment in her role in assisting us with the glasses. She’s very professional & accommodating.

First time I was in and out. However, my contacts did not feel good so I went for a follow up a few days later. I waited 3 hours. It’s been a week and a half and I received a call that actually I did not have insurance coverage for the exam done and have a balance. I proceed to ask how it was possible since I asked for verification various times. The lady on the phone told me she was the one that verified my insurance and it was her mistake because she did not read the fine print. I understand mistakes happen, but in this case it just really sucks. If I had known my insurance wasn’t covering and I would have a big balance I would’ve gone elsewhere to begin with.
