Ordered a pair of glasses for my daughter. I paid $250 when the glasses came in it was not the exact same frame that I ordered. Come to find out the lady tells me the print on the frames. Do not all come out like the ones are on display. She already knew this yeah she fell to tell me this when I had already ordered and paid for them, but according to her, this is the exact same frame!! Refuse to give me a refund and refuse to let me choose another frame!! The ones that I had ordered were supposed to have been a rose gold pink the ones that came in had black on them and gray clearly you can tell these are not the same frame!!!

Rosie was very helpful. Offered everything I needed to see better and look good with my glasses. Can't wait to get my glasses. I will definitely be back for more glasses.
