I’ve been taking my son to Dr. Johnson for a couple of years and absolutely love how she interacts with my son. She is very patient, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I also had a great experience at the in house optical. Ivan went above and beyond with his assistance and made it a positive experience.
I can only speak of my experience with them. The staff was very courteous, and Dr. Christina Johnson was amazing with my autistic nonverbal child. She was able to put my child at ease, and that allowed the doctor to conduct her assessment. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience.
Horrible service from the administrative staff. No one answers the phone. It’s nearly impossible to schedule or reschedule appointments. Even with an appointment, you’ll still end up waiting about 2–3 hours to see the doctor. NO return calls for. Endless music and automated system informing you all agents are busy. TERRIBBLE HORRIBLE experience. The Doctors and techs are great at what they do, when you eventually get in to see them.
Wife's appointment at 1:25 it's 3:20 and she hadn't been seen yet. It's a freaking eye exam not heart surgery. This is the last time we come here I told her. Already looking into new doctor. Any suggestions out there.
I can only say one thing goodabout this office..the doctor and the techs are professional and efficient. The office protocols are the WORST! 1. They charged a copay and they knew they shouldn't have..only after I got the insurance on the phone. 2. My appt was at 1:45 ..I finally Madeira out of there at 4:20. They keep it sub zero temperature . Im looking for another office with good doctor and better customer service
