Customer service was extremely friendly and the service was so fast! I went in with an appointment I made online, but walk-ins are always welcomed. All the deals they have are amazing. I got a year's supply of contacts + eye exam for such an affordable price. I am telling everyone I know to come here!
I am beyond impressed with the service I received here. I walked in without an appointment and they were able to help me immediately. Even though my insurance was out of network, they provided a cost comparison that proved their out-of-pocket prices were actually better than my insurance rates! I walked away with a full eye exam, contact lens fitting, a 30-day supply of multifocal contacts, and TWO pairs of progressive glasses—all for less than $300. A huge thank you to Jackie, who was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole process seamless. Her expertise and customer service are truly top-tier. I highly recommend this location!
I went in today and got great customer service from Jackie and the rest of the team! Everything was explained beforehand and walked out with 2 pairs of glasses! Shoutout to the whole store and even the gentleman who assisted me during my virtual exam. Would definitely to everyone!!!
I would not recommend this place. They say 2 for a certain price but it’s a joke. They gave me a new prescription but are not able to show me this is your new prescription and this is what the other was. I’m do not trust them at all. Update! I do not recommend this place at all. I had my prescription that Stanton Optical gave me put in glasses and it is totally wrong. I not only wasted money on an exam but now on the prescription glasses. I cannot see at all with them. No wonder they won’t let you compare the old prescription to the new prescription as they do not know what they are doing. Do not waste your money here!
Went in for an adjustment and right away when I walked in I was greeted by Eddy. He is the epitome if professional. I went in ready to complain but he listened to my issues and was perfectly pleasant. He made my glasses perfect and I will be sure to tell all my friends and family to come here! The whole aura of the store and staff was welcoming and refreshing. Thank you Eddy and staff for making my visit worth it and keep doing what you're doing! Also thank you for making my glasses look fabulous because when I came in they looked like a HOT MESS!!!! Now I can brag about how fabulous my glasses look!!!
