Normally great but this time wasn’t and a little dismissive. I brought my son in for an eye exam , he didn’t know what it was and stated he had a growth to his cornea and will refer him. Well I waited on him to come back in the room so I can tell him that I believe it was a foreign object , instead he sent his son and I stated to his son that I need to ask him do he think it’s a foreign object. His son stated it’s not and I need to see the referral because it’s serious. Well little behold we went to specialist and it was indeed a foreign object. Money wasted, when all he had to do was listen.but anywho the referral was Dr. Luffey and he was phenomenal.

This was my second visit and again it was amazing! The young man that helps me pick out my glasses is so knowledgeable and kind, he makes sure you get what’s just right for you. They’ve also been great with my kids! I highly recommend them!

Extremely horrible optometrist and his assistant (His Son). Wouldn't Was give me my prescription after my contact ripped, to go to another optometrist. Was unable to see and was lied to by the son that he couldn't give the prescription to me or another optometrist. Went to another optometrist and they told me that what they were doing, holding my prescription was Illegal. After two calls from the new optometrist they finally faxed over prescription, while the doctor and I waited for it to be faxed. About 40 minutes of our time before they faxed it. Exceptionally just plain mean and abusive. Me and my husband did go together to pick u

I can't believe those bad reviews! I have been there multiple times and always had wonderful service from everyone! The owners wife always helped me pick out my glasses and Dr. Gilcrease is always wonderful. I don't know about the "street corner hustler" that one guy said but I am sure he just wanted something for nothing. Maybe he should go to America's Best. I love my glasses and the quality is excellent. Thank you Gilcrease Eye Care!
