I had an excellent experience at Dr. Still’s office from start to finish. The appointment booking process was incredibly easy and convenient, making scheduling stress-free. We are returning patients who left the state for several years ago and were welcomed back like we never left. Dr. Still is very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. What really stood out was the kindness and patience of the entire staff. They were extremely helpful while I was selecting a new pair of glasses, taking the time to help me find the perfect fit and style without ever making me feel rushed. The level of customer service and personal attention was exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Still and the entire team to anyone looking for outstanding eye care and a welcoming office experience.

I absolutely love Effingham Eye Care and Optical! My entire family uses them for our eye care. They are always professional and go above and beyond to meet our eye care needs. We have used them for the last 15 years! Thank you to Kasie for helping me pick out the last few frames for my glasses. I love them!!

Dr. Shawna Strub is top notch Optometrist,very knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about her and I am usually a tough critic lol...Your in good hands with her expertise.She is very thorough in her craft and leaves no rock unturned. Most of the staff is friendly.
