I had an excellent experience at Low Country Eye Care in Pooler. From start to finish, everything felt professional, smooth, and genuinely welcoming. Shawn, my tech, was absolutely amazing. She explained everything clearly and made sure I understood each step of the exam. What really stood out was how comfortable she made me feel it didn’t feel like just another eye appointment, but more like catching up with a friend who truly cared. The entire visit was efficient, thorough, and personable. I highly recommend this office, and if you get the chance to work with Shawn, you’re in great hands.

I have had an excellent experience at this location. Beginning with Shawn the tech who was great at checking me in and doing the preliminary exams. Then, Dr. Kristin Wolfe came in and has become my favorite person on the planet. She suggested multifocal contacts so I can get off the 20 pair of readers I have strategically spaced around the house and car. With the help of her assistant Ashleigh, Dr. Wolfe was very patient with me and taught me how to put in the contacts (I've never used contacts before), made sure I was comfortable with everything we discussed. I have been wearing the contacts for a week now and I'm very satisfied! The entire staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating, I highly recommend this practice!

Had a great experience at Low country the other day. Staff got me in, was very helpful along the whole process. No one was pushy on sales, just generallywanted to help make the experience great. And if they give you the choice, Shawn is by far the best tech they have!

She went above and beyond helping me choose a pair of glasses and took the time to double-check a prescription I had from another provider, which turned out to be way off from what I actually needed.
