The appointment was easy to set, the staff was helpful and the person helping with glasses was extremely nice and explained what my insurance paid for and what the cost would be. I would highly recommend this office and Doctor.
I recently switched from Quantum Vision Center to Eigenbrodt Vision Center. I had my first appointment this afternoon on 1/5/2026 I am very highly impressed with the staff there and John too. I was greeted with a kind attitude and smiles by everyone. Quantum just was no longer cutting it for me anymore. They literally rush from person to person and i got tired of that plus unprofessionalism as well. I have glaucoma and was referred to somebody in O'Fallon for continuing treatment on it.
Best place to go for lenses no matter what strength you need. Best place to get all kinds of lenses. Very good for older people who have difficult prescriptions. I love my new trifold glasses. No headaches from eye strain since getting them ~1 week ago!
Dr. Eigenbrodt is wonderful! My family and I have been seeing him for over 20 years and always have a great experience. He explains everything very well at each visit and makes all of his patients feel comfortable. The staff are great too! They are extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Eigenbrodt Vision Center!
