First time with this vision team. The whole team was extremely kind, courteous, and professional. Dr. Reed gave a thorough eye exam and provided me with a much needed correction for my prescription. Excellent experience.
I went to get a contact eye exam…that was apparently the last appointment of the day. The lady at the desk could really care less about my appointment as a new patient. Never got to see the doctor as I left because the receptionist was just that rude. Was never told to bring contact lenses prescription while going to get a contact lenses exam. I even called before my appointment and asked if I should wear my contacts…I was told “yes”. But, I was never informed to bring anything with me. Maybe with new patients, you should explain what they should bring when the appointment is confirmed. There’s absolutely no reason to get upset with a new patient, choosing your establishment just because you had a rough day. Will not return and will make every attempt to not recommend this location. Updated- This location “claims” that they told me to bring in my contact lenses information on the phone call, in text and that they shouldn’t have to “reiterate for a third time.”. The receptionist never offered to call to get my contact information but was ticked off that she even had to do it. Why do I need contact lenses information when you’re doing an exam? Or is that because you don’t know what you’re doing so you just copy and paste and take money? Their response just shows how truly rude they are. There’s no apology in any bad review on here. They just blame the patient. Interesting…
The staff went above and beyond offering helpful service and information. Dr. Reed offered a comprehensive exam. Overall the clinic was courteous and knowledgable.
Electric city eye is a wonderful place. Dr. Reed and his staff are always polite and very professional. They have always made sure i was taken care and had everything that I needed.
