Dr Wolken is very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained my situation in detail and I understood. I appreciate his kindness when discussing my diagnosis. He is good at following through from my last appointment to my current one. I appreciate that sometimes he is funny and as you know, a little humor goes a long way. Also, I noticed an improvement in his staff as well. They were kind and helpful. All of these things are important to me as I’m getting older and may need more patience. Thank you Dr. Wokken. Have a happy day today.

Dr. Murphy is an exceptional physician. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and informative. They took the time to explain each step of the process clearly and made sure I had opportunities to ask questions along the way. I truly felt well cared for and supported throughout my visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Murphy and her staff to anyone in need of this type of care. Keep up the wonderful work!

Everyone here is very pleasant and explains everything very well. I felt my exam was thorough and that Dr. Rosisow took her time with me. This group is definitely an asset to our community and I highly recommend them for your eye needs !

I've seen several doctors in the group Dr. Rossow and Dr. Wolken have seen me and were great. My eye doctor is Dr. Lomax and she is amazing. She always walks in with a smile which makes me smile and feel welcome. She is very thorough during exams, explains everything fully and easy to understand. She makes sure she answers all the questions you have (usually before you ask). The assistants and office staff are always there to help and very patient and professional even when patients are grumpy.

I was extremely disappointed. I had to wait almost 5 weeks to get an appointment. I waited 40 minutes beyond my 15 min arrival. I was told she was running on time. I found out the reason was they had to wait for a room that could accommodate my wheel chair. I had a broken blood vessel and blurred vision but still had to wait weeks to get in. I saw the actual dr for maybe 5 minutes. Worse eye exam ever. They did not test for glaucoma nor did she comment on the magna degeneration I have, or even the remainder of a botched cataract surgery. Like I said, she sure didn't do a very thorough exam. She didn't even explain the prescription she wrote for my glasses. And the optical dept. It's a whole other story. To copy the script from my own glasses in their cheapest frame would cost $159.00 above a very generous amount covered by my insurance! The lenses alone, were almost $300.00. Needless to say, I didn't get any. Walmart was less than half!!. I won't be going back. I went and waited because I know I have diabetes and wanted an optometrist. I heard this was the place to go, but never again. My eyes are too important to me to have such a rushed,half- hearted poorly done exam by a so called professional.
