Elevate Eye Care is a step above your typical optometry. In addition to eye exams, glasses, and contacts, they also specializes in Orthokeratology, vision therapy, glaucoma, and other medical related eye care. I go to them specifically for Orthokeratology. Also known as OrthoK or Ortho-K, it’s a contact lens that you wear at night, that corrects your vision to 20/20 for the day. No need for glasses or contracts during the day. It’s great if you have an active lifestyle, don’t like glasses, or wear contacts for too long and get dry eyes. I especially like how I don’t have to worry about contacts when swimming. Dr. Chen is very caring and patient. I have very high myopia, and childhood sports injury to my eye. She helped customize my OrthoK lenses for each eye, and made two pairs for me to obtain the right fit and comfort. Would highly recommend Elevate Eye Care Optometry and Dr. Chen!

Hands down the best eye care I’ve ever received. I am so grateful to Dr. Chen for taking the time to walk me through my scans and explain my eye health to me. No other doctor has ever done this before and I’ve been to countless optometrists office. This is truly an elevated experience. 10/10 would recommend this office and Dr. Chen 100 times over.

Dr. Chen is very caring and highly skilled. I needed eye therapy and she taught me exercises to correct the issue. Also recently updated my prescription and purchased glasses. She helped me pick out some great frames and was available for adjustment afterward. She goes above and beyond. My whole family sees her for their eye care and we all are very happy with the service we have received at the office.

I first visited Dr. Chen at a previous clinic where she provided excellent service and alerted me to an issue I needed to monitor - fast forward 2 years - Dr. Chen now has her own practice in this new location. She has renovated the office space and updated it with state of the art equipment. Very clean and professional. With a follow up analysis of my eye issue, she has provided a treatment course of action, taking into account all mitigating factors that left me with confidence. Dr. Chen spends the time necessary to explain analysis results for clear understanding and answers questions with integrity and caring.
