I was very pleased with my visit. Mrs. Emily was incredibly sweet, kind, and welcoming. The entire staff was attentive, caring, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my appointment. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of excellent eye care. If you're looking for a great eye care provider, go see them. You won't be disappointed!
I’ve been going to Elite Eyecare for almost 3 years. My 7 y/o started complaining about having blurry vision. So I decided to check their website to make an appointment. But the next appointment wasn’t going to be for another month or so. I wanted my daughter to go here since I’m already a patient. I gave them a call and they were able to schedule us two days later! When we were waiting, we started looking at frames and the sweet receptionist brought out more frames for kids for us to look at. During her appointment, the tech who first helped was so nice and patient. Then Dr. Emily came in to see us and she was so great. This whole experience was wonderful and they made my kid feel cool for needing glasses! Would 100% recommend Elite Eyecare every time!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this eye doctor and their entire staff! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for and welcomed. Everyone is so kind, patient, and attentive—it truly makes a huge difference. I’ve been in a couple of times with eye abrasions, and each time I received the absolute best care, including being seen every single day to make sure my eye was healing properly. That level of dedication and follow-up truly meant so much to me. The doctor is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to actually listen, while the staff goes above and beyond to explain everything clearly and make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. You can truly tell they care deeply about their patients and love what they do. This has been the best eye care experience I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t trust my eyes with anyone else!
I had my first visit a couple of weeks ago. From scheduling to ordering contacts and glasses they were absolutely amazing. Dr Ridge is not only knowledgeable but very thorough. She takes her time with you. The entire staff is super sweet. I highly recommend. 10 out of 10 stars!!!
I can’t say enough about Elite Eyecare! The staff is amazing. They are so nice and helpful. The service is great. Dr. Emily is one of the kindest doctors I’ve ever met and you can tell she truly cares for her patients. Five stars well deserved!
