I was so impressed with this office. People are exceptional and very nice and respectful. Raven was very nice to meet. Very professional. Dr Wilson was so friendly and explained details so informatively. I felt like they all wanted what was best for me. The business was so clean and I appreciate that. Thank you for helping me. The staff was kind and professional. We were roomed quickly and efficiently. Dr Black was great. She took time to explain my diagnosis and reviewed my management options. My sons and I have been patients at Elite Eye Care for 15 years. I am always impressed with the level of care that we receive.
Great Facility with caring and knowledgeable staff providing expert care. The vision problems that I have and that are of my own doing, have bothered me for many years. Other facilities never corrected my issues, at least not fully. The Physician quickly knew what was wrong and most importantly, she knew how to explain it, as clear as day and provide me with easy options to choose from to correct my problems. The staff was also able to quickly find the best options available, when choosing frames suited for my face. I was given more than enough time to make a decision. Best Eye Care Team in NEA! Give them a try, you won’t regret it.
Everyone was so friendly from signing in at the desk, there was a sweet blonde haired girl. Then the blonde hair Assistant that checked Macey’s eyes was also very nice. Then Macey saw Dr. Kristen Black and she was wonderful too. She was also very informative about what she found after the eye exam. Then we say a very kind lady that helped Macey pick out some frames to fit her face. We didn’t have to wait long either. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you! Teresa Dale for Macey M.
