I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Doctor Hentz! The staff is warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The office is clean, organized, and ran right on schedule, which I really appreciated. Doctor Hentz took the time to thoroughly explain every part of the exam and made sure all of my questions were answered. I never felt rushed, and it was clear she truly cares about her patients’ eye health and comfort. The exam itself was very detailed, and I left feeling confident that I received top-quality care. What stands out the most is the genuine kindness and patience shown throughout the entire visit. It’s not often you find a healthcare provider who combines expertise with such a personal touch. I highly recommend this Elite to anyone looking for exceptional eye care. I will definitely be returning and referring friends and family!

This place is less like a doctor’s office and more like a place where you’re meeting up with friends you haven’t seen in a while. The front desk staff is the friendliest you’ll find on plant Earth, and it all comes from Dr. Gloria. She is amazing. Not only does she have all the cool eye tech gadgets to get your eyeballs back to teenage vision, she is a friend to you the entire visit. We all know of great doctors, but Dr. Gloria is special.

The entire Elite Vision Center staff was awesome! Very friendly, professional, and informative. They answered all my questions, needs and concerns. Everyone of them was amazing! Especially my therapeutic optometrist Gloria Hentz, she is simply the best!

Truly always a wonderful experience at this office. The staff are wonderful and Dr. Hentz really is amazing. You can tell she cares about her patients. I decided to purchase my glasses from them this time and I’m so glad I did. Honestly my best pair to date.

The customer Service was Phenomenal that’s the number one thing I look for and I love the care and concern they give…. I mean your not treated like another number your treated like a person, they take time out with you and answer all your questions even if it’s alot, lol.. a lot of my friends say why do you go there it’s so expensive and I say because I always feel cared for when I leave and if it’s have to pay extra for that then SO BE IT! And that’s what good customer service does for ya!
