I first came here after having had a somewhat negative experience at one of their competitors. Both Peter and Ericka were so helpful that I ended up having my secondary or backup pair of glasses made here, as well as a pair of sunglasses. Happy customer here!

I didn't get the young man's name that just helped me but you sir were a life saver. I broke my glasses literally down the middle & super glue and tape was not helping that apparently due to the type of plastic on my frames. But he popped out my lenses and places them into new frames and only charged me $40. I didn't even know that could be done be I am so grateful for you because I didnt know what I was going to do. God had you there at the right time for me! Thanks again!

The hinge broke off of my glasses. I was expecting a big repair bill because I was 9 months pass the warranty. Erica said you're a repeat customer. We take care of our repeat customers. She put my lenses in a new frame like my old frame and only charged me 30 dollars. I've never had that happen. Nothing but 5 stars. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I went to the store last month and I got a great service from the people who worked there, they where really transparent with the way the glasses where gonna be made and the time it was gonna take for them to be ready, overall a great experience.
