Got my prescription in June, but I had to come back because my eyes were straining badly. Turns out my pupillary distance was incorrectly measured by 4 mm. I didn’t even get an apology. Like what? 😭

They only accept prescriptions that are faxed in through a 3rd party fax app. I was like, you're joking right? Nope. Some third party talked them into making their customers use an app so they can track people (that's the only explanation that's logical) and making it seem like a dead technology is appropriate for serving it's customers. Wild! I definitely will be getting my contacts a different way.
Dr Tseng and his staff were so kind and very informative. They took the time to explain and educate my husband and I and made our visit very pleasant from scheduling to walking out with our prescriptions. Highly recommend.
Come check out the frames here and ask for Elsa. She was amazing. Very attentive, patient and knowledgeable. She will get you fitted in the best looking frames and treat you like family. Thank you Elsa for everything!
I started out liking them, I really did, but Dr.Tseng can't seem to get the prescription right and doesn't seem to care either. And they don't offer refunds for being a huge inconvenience and two months of wasted time. What a hassle it has been. Two failed attempts of Dr. Tseng trying to get my prescription right. The second visit after he made the "adjustments", I told him my left eye was still off. I got a snarky reply, "You don't go around looking through one eye now do you?" When I picked up my "readjusted" glasses from Walmart, guess what, my left eye was off. I've never had this much trouble getting my glasses prescription right. I had to refund my glasses with Walmart and set up a new appointment with a different Dr. Apparently, I'm not the only one this has happened to at Dr. Tseng's office. While waiting in the reception room at Cosco, I over heard another patient complaining about the same issues. When I asked for a refund, the receptionist just said, "Sorry we did our best". Well, do better.
