Elkhorn Vision accommodated all four of my children for their yearly eye appointments in one afternoon, and the kids always feel comfortable. We’ve been going to them for a few years, and everyone is very nice and the exams and explanations of results are thorough!
Elkhorn vision center is exceptional service. Appointments are confirmed and they are always on time. No one pushes you get new glasses if your eyes are stable. But if new glasses are needed or desired, they have a good selection of frames. Plus they have Maui Jim sunglasses to. Best sunglasses on the market. In addition, I am a self payer, no insurance, and I was given a discount for paying without Elkhorn having to go through the insurance claim process. Accepted my credit card without adding a 3% credit card surcharge, like so many other establishments do these days. All around I highly recommend Dr. Hardy @ Elkhorm Vision Center.
Outstanding! Great staff and great doctor. Very Thorough runs on time. It’s nice to be able to go to appointment and get in and get out. I was referred to Elkhorn Vision through a mutual patient and now they accept my insurance so it’s a win-win. If you’re new to the area and looking for a doctor, I highly recommend them.
We always have a great experience at Elkhorn Vision! Dr. Hardy is very knowledgeable and is great with the whole family! The staff at the front desk are also very kind and helpful.
Very professional with the latest equipment.. but what we really like is the laid back, comfortable atmosphere and friendliness. They take the time to make you feel like you're a friend of the family. They are also take time to explain or clarify any insurance or payment questions. Today I was throughly content with the answer the bookkeeper/head receptionist gave me regarding a billing question (Medicare versus our vision insurance) but she actually had the doc come out and explain the process in greater detail. I've been going to Dr. Hardy for over 25 years when he first came to Helena. I STILL go to him even though now in Montana City. I plan to keep using him. I like him and trust him. I'm confident you will, too!
